Typing 2nd -10 "Dish"

My favorite dish is chikuzenni. Chikuzenni is food boiled and seasoned in Chikuzen/Hakata. It is often served as a special dish for the new year celebration in Japan. But I eat it all year around. And I am great with serving chikuzenni. I’ll introduce plain recipe. First, you should saute chicken, carrot, lotus root, burdock, shiitake mashroom and taro in a pot. Second, pour water in the pot. Third, season them with dashi, sugar, soy sauce, Japanese sake and sweet sake. Finally, simmer them over medium heat for about 30 minutes until vegetables become tender, and mix them occasionally. I explained all process of cooking chikuzenni. I can it without seeing recipe. I think that my chikuzenni is probably nice.
